Working principle of automatic bar feeder

Then, the cylinder slowly drops, the workpiece without vibration, smoothly placed on the conveying wheel, and with the rotation of the conveying wheel, so that the workpiece into the processing area (the speed of entry is controlled by a stepless governor, therefore, the workpiece can be pushed to the ideal speed). When all the workpiece into the processing area, there is no workpiece before the induction switch, and the charging cylinder under the storage tank is informed after being perceived, that is, the operation of the second workpiece begins.
 
The workpiece comes out from the processing area, the workpiece leaves the processing area with the rotation of the horizontal conveyor wheel, arrives after a certain distance is sensed by the induction switch, and informs the automatic discharging cylinder to work, the workpiece is smoothly pushed out of the horizontal conveyor line, the workpiece rolls along the slope of the aqueduct, and enters the finished product storage area, the processing is over.
